What is mBIT?
Picture
mBIT means Multiple Brain Integration Techniques and comes from the field of mBraining.

mBraining itself is the name given to the recent Neuroscience findings that have shown that we have complex adaptive and functional neural networks - or "brains" - in our heart and gut.

Called the cardiac and enteric nervous systems respectively, these adaptive neural networks have sophisticated levels of memory and the ability to intelligently process feelings that are communicated to the head brain and influence our decision making and behavior.

By combining these Neuroscience findings with behavioural modelling research, a number of key insights have emerged that have profound implications for training, coaching and leadership.

For example coaches often find clients who suffer from conflict between their thoughts, feelings and actions and as a result experience difficulty in making decisions and don’t really know why.

You have probably also experienced situations where logic tells you that you should buy this house or start this relationship or take this job ... and yet there is a feeling deep inside that goes against that decision and tells you "don't do this, it isn't you, it's not right etc". These are "feltsense" messages like, for example, your intuition that come from your other intelligence centers (heart and gut) and they are able to do a great job for you if you listen and evaluate them!

So mBIT Coaching is a way to create in an individual full alignment between the three intelligence centers and uncover the power and innate wisdom residing within their multiple brains. The results are impressive and when coherently aligned, the head, heart and gut produce an incredible emergent wisdom that allows a person to deeply tap into intuitions and competencies that are simply not available from the head brain alone.

This is what you experience with mBIT Coaching (multiple Brain Integration Technique Coaching) and mBIT is applicable regardless of the coaching methodology being used by a particular coach. Equally mBIT has important value for other professionals who in education or therapy are working to move others to a higher level and more congruent way of thinking.
"mBraining takes up where NLP leaves off.
It builds upon and integrates the NLP techniques that you already know."

What does mBIT do for you?
If you are already a professional Coach then mBIT will add both to your skill set and your curriculum.

Regardless of the methodology you use as a Coach you will find the integration techniques inherent in mBIT will clear blockages that before were impossible to shift.

In addition mBIT is recognised by the ICF as an option within their continuous learning  program and attending this course may allow you to apply for continuous learning credits.

If you work in any other discipline that supports other people, such as education, sport, health and wellness etc, then again you will gain an understanding and a set of tools that will help achieve desired results even in the most difficult of cases.

And if your interest is more focused on your own journey - your own personal development - then you will discover in mBIT a way of creating inner balance. A balance that allows your natural intuitive functions to speak and work together so you can:

  • Trust your gut instincts, be true to who you are, and have the courage to take new paths
  • Be true to your heart and live more compassionately in your connection with others
  • Identify patterns of thinking that give meaning to who you are and leverage them towards a brighter future

mBIT - multiple Brain Integration Techniques.

mBIT embraces the newly discovered functional and complex neural networks ('brains') in the heart and gut and provides powerful models for integrating the three brains to generate more balanced decisions in a person's life

Science is finally catching up with the spiritual traditions that, for thousands of years, have been informing us about these three powerful intelligences
